and to all of this talk of Bacon.... interesting how fixated CD ppl are with bacon

Here is one of my favourite recipes. I make it Christmas Eve and on Christmas morning I put it in the oven while we are opening our gifts and Voila it is ready with no fuss Christmas morn.

....and of course it calls for Back Bacon and/or Ham and I use both Ham and the really nice thickly sliced bacon Everyone loves this one~
