Gods wrath is a phrase used by many Christians to try to instill fear into others so that they will profess a belief like they do and therefor be saved.
However, Gods wrath is simply the means by which we learn righteousness is has nothing to do with a concept involving horror.
If you have done things you knew were wrong (not because someone else made you feel guilty about it), but things you knew and as a result of that knowledge went through a process of coming to understand why you under no circumstances will do that again, then you have experienced Gods wrath.
Gods wrath is a good thing, because of what I have just descibed. So the next time the pious and the self righteous try to make you afraid and feel terror about Gods wrath, understand that you will become better through Gods wrath.
I know that Gods wrath has taught me to be better and am thankful for being a better person because of it. I still have a long journey to go and the ride has been quite interesting so far,
