That is Courage and Bravery. But within any religion some can carry religion to such an extreme, this is what causes the most problems. And it's always in the name of religion.

Trading in one set of myths for another. Sad no matter how you look at it.

From one fairy tale to another fairy tale

It's inspiring that someone who doesn't have the intellect to use critical thinking skills goes from the frying pan to the fryer???

Some people need religion. I believe there was a scientific study out recently that showed that certain genes make some people more prone to being religious. Perhaps she is one of those.

Honestly, I have no problem with Christianity, Islam, Judaism, or any other religion unless someone is using that religion for nefarious means, such as Muslims and Christians in Africa who kill people using religion as the excuse to do so.

I also don't like it when people try to paint one religion as worse than the other, when its painfully obvious that most major religions are just as bad as every other one. That to me, is also nefarious, and should have the light of factual data shined upon it. Islam gets a bad rap, mainly because its the major religion in the worst part of the world right now. My point is, its not Islam that makes that the worst part of the world, its the fact that they are some of the most repressed, picked on, and ignored region of the world. Their leaders use their religion to repress their people to stay in power. Thats not Islams fault.

Its like saying that guns kill people. Someone has to wield that weapon to do the killing. Religion is only a weapon.
