Bibles Without "Everlasting Punishment"

An Analytical Study of Words - Undivided Version

Believers will enjoy age-during life.
Unbelievers will experience kolasis aionion (age-during punishment)
Matthew 25:46 - “Aionian” or “Eternal”
http://www.savior-of-all.com/aionian.html

Greek scholar William Barclay wrote concerning kolasis aionion (age-during corrective punishment) in Matthew 25:46
"The Greek word for punishment is kolasis, which was not originally an ethical word at all. It originally meant the pruning of trees to make them grow better. There is no instance in Greek secular literature where kolasis does not mean remedial punishment. It is a simple fact that in Greek kolasis always means remedial punishment. God's punishment is always for man's cure."

Ilene,
I don't have to. Jesus' day will come when he will prove it when the people are seperated or if\when we die it will be proven then.

Rodgertutt,
Do you have any clue who those scholars are\were?

BTW ... Bibles Without "Everlasting Punishment" ... just because they don't that particular words that is just one of several correct applicable definitions doesn't automatically mean they are denying the teaching of hell and the finality of it.

That's a cop out.....the whole point of the thread is to meet the challenge, which you or anyone else has yet to do.

And it will become even more clear after you show it to scholar after scholar with the same result.
It is simply indisputable that the Greek form is as it is shown here.

Try contacting one of them and find out for yourself.

Thanks for finally admitting why Finn_Jaber didn't respond. I wouldn't matter what was said.
