Over the past several years I have had several dreams and visions about up-coming events. Several other people have had similar experiences. I will share a few of mine, and then perhaps a few of you will share yours with me.
It seems that 2011 is the turning point for events to get worse. I decided to that it was time to say something. There are many events that I have learned about.
1. Middle of March 2011. There is a possibility that a 7.9+ earthquake will hit a densely populated area in a third-world country. Most of the buildings will collapse, many people will die, many will be homeless. It seems there will be an increase in world chaos and natural disasters.
2. During the next six months (Mar to Sept 2011) World War III will escalate.
3. Sometime in June 2011. The LDS people that are prepared will be 'called-out' to go to prepared camps.
4. The meeting at Adam-ondi-Ahman will happen sometime in the next six months (Mar - Sept 2011).
5. After the meeting at Adam-ondi-Ahman the 144,000 will begin gathering the Lord's children from various locations world-wide, and they will be taken to places of refuge, most of which have an Enoch Colony already established there.
6. It seems that Sept. 22, 2011 is the opening of the seventh seal. I saw the first archangel blowing the first trumpet.
7. The events described in Revelations after the opening of the seventh seal will follow shortly.
8. Sometime in the next year the west coast of California will be destroyed. Not sure how, or exact date, but saw it happening.
9. Armageddon will begin in 2012.
10. The half hour of silence spoken of in Revelations will begin at the end of Armageddon.
These are not Church doctrine or documented events. These are what I have personally seen or discovered, and I consider them to be sacred. But I cannot say 100% that they will happen. For your own confirmation, pray about it.

Boy, I'm certainly glad you added that disclaimer! For the record, I'm LDS and don't see eye-to-eye with you on any of these things. At any rate, I'll be out of the country in June, 2011, so I guess I'll miss the campout!
(When I previewed my post, I noticed the small font. I am sorry about that. I have tried to change the print to larger size, but the system here won't allow me. I used Word first before transferring it here.)
From reading threads on this forum, I have seen plenty of posters who believe that we are now living in the perilous times preceding the return of Jesus. I have not studied the Bible in depth, but throughout the greater part of my life, I have heard and listened to the Word on a very regular basis. I also have read Scripture on many an occasion throughout my life. Like many others, I believe that we are at the present going through the phase of what is described in:
Matthew 24:6 And you shall hear of wars and rumours of wars. See that ye be not troubled. For these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet
Mark 13:7 And when you shall hear of wars and rumours of wars, fear ye not. For such things must needs be, but the end is not yet.
In regards the OP, I don't necessarily believe what he claims about his private revelations but neither am I ready to discount or deride his claims about them, because in mind I have
1 Thes: [16] Always rejoice. [17] Pray without ceasing. [18] In all things give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you all. [19] Extinguish not the spirit. [20] Despise not prophecies. (emphasis mine)
On a regular, almost daily basis, revelation of the personal kind are reported as coming from different corners of the world by various individuals, some who don’t even hold to the same tenets of our individual or collective belief systems, concerning the times we are now living through, of possible future happenings and of a coming chastisement.
I see from Scripture that God does not specify who God will allow to have the type of dreams or insights like the OP claims to have. In the Book of Joel – Chapter 2, the prophet foretells of the terrible day of the Lord where he exhorts sinners to a sincere conversion and comforts God's people with promises of future blessings under Christ.
[28] And it shall come to pass after this, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy: your old men shall dream dreams, and your young men shall see visions. [29]Moreover upon my servants and handmaids in those days I will pour forth my spirit. [30] And I will shew wonders in heaven; and in earth, blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke. (emphasis mine)
Acts 2: [16] But this is that which was spoken of by the prophet Joel [17] And it shall come to pass, in the last days, (saith the Lord,) I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams. [18] And upon my servants indeed, and upon my handmaids will I pour out in those days of my spirit, and they shall prophesy. [19]And I will shew wonders in the heaven above, and signs on the earth beneath: blood and fire, and vapour of smoke. [20] The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and manifest day of the Lord come.
How many times have we at one time of other not read about people who claim to have had revelations of the personal kind, of others who told to have had an encounter with Jesus, or have seen angels, or experienced or saw a bit of heaven, or have been shown, oh horror!, even been thrown in hell, etc., only to be retrieved at the nick of time by Jesus. Personally, I think we should not to get too nit-picky about the details of private revelations as they are subjective to the person’s fallible mind, but rather look at the larger picture of it, which according to me basically boils down to be a serious warning and to alert mankind to better to start examining our individual spiritual state and our standing/relationship with God.
I also see it as a reminder to straighten our path for the coming of our Lord Jesus, be that going to happen in it the next second for each individual or something that many will experience farther in the future.
The following excerpt from Joel Ch. 2: [1] Blow ye the trumpet in Sion, sound an alarm in my holy mountain, let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: because the day of the Lord cometh, because it is nigh at hand, [2] A day of darkness, and of gloominess, a day of clouds and whirlwinds: a numerous and strong people as the morning spread upon the mountains: the like to it hath not been from the beginning, nor shall be after it even to the years of generation and generation. [3] Before the face thereof a devouring fire, and behind it a burning flame: the land is like a garden of pleasure before it, and behind it a desolate wilderness, neither is there any one that can escape it. [4]The appearance of them is as the appearance of horses, and they shall run like horsemen. [5] They shall leap like the noise of chariots upon the tops of mountains, like the noise of a flame of fire devouring the stubble, as a strong people prepared to battle.
reminded me of a private revelation that is well known by many Catholics. It describes in detail of a dreadful coming Chastisement. Believe what you want from it. It does make for very interesting reading: ~ The 3 Days of Darkness | Catholic Prophecy | The Three Days of Darkness ~
Remember: 1 Thes. [19] Extinguish not the spirit. [20] Despise not prophecies.
“Be not troubled.” (Mat. 24:6), and “Fear not,” (Mk 13:7).
Here is a handy translation of 1 John 4:1, warning of MANY false prophets. As a side-note, I am most skeptical of prophecies that involve SPECIFIC dates, because 1) they smack against what God has told us time and time again in the scripture- "no one knows....only the father" and 2) because of God's "track record" of consistency in revealing OT prophecies- they were visions, but not once in the Bible does it say "on X date, the Messiah will come" or on "X date, X will happen". Therefore, I discredit posters/ prophets who reveal "specific dates" because it smacks of fear-mongering and God does not motivate through fear. People like OP are probably encouraging fellow believers to quit their jobs, sell their belongings, and go "wait" to be raptured. That is not at all what Jesus commanded us to do, in fact the later books in the NT speak of people foolishly doing so.....2,000 years ago.
We should instead be living our lives in his image- loving outhers, using our gifts and talents to help those in need and using our financial gifts to extend His kingdom, reaching out to unbelievers. He will -eventually- come back, but we really DON'T know when. Remember how depraved and sadistic the Greeks and Romans were? Remember the bubonic plague, killing 1/3 of Europe? Remember the
genocides that Stalin and Hitler orchestrated? Remember the more refer genocides in Darfur and Rwanda? Remember the legacy of slavery in the US and in British colonies? Remember Hiroshima and Nagasaki? These were horrible, dark times in the world where "end-times" like suffering was occuring, yet it was not THE time.
This may not be "IT" either. It doesn't really matter because if you're living your life as described above, you're bringing joy and honor to God. If you are saved, you are always saved. Let's try to bring more people to Christ by love rather than fear, ok?
Here is that translation /discussion I promised about the "many false prophets" in I John 4:1-->
"because many false prophets are gone out into the world:
-who pretended either to a revelation of future things, and to foretell things to come;
-or rather to a gift of prophesying, or preaching in Christ's name, to be "prophets" and spiritual men, and ministers of the word, but were "false" ones;
-who either predicted WHAT DID NOT COME TO PASS, or rather preached false doctrine, by corrupting the word, and handling it deceitfully, and so imposed upon and RUINED THE SOULS OF OTHERS as well as DECEIVED THEIR OWN, and there were not only one, or two, or a few of these, but "MANY", AS OUR LORD HAD FORTOLD. (Matthew 24:11)"

Nobody has no reason to disbelieve you, if you claim of having visions and seeked the Lord about it through prayer and are LDS .... what earthly person can judge you?

Well, I guess we'll find out in a few weeks if this prophecy comes true:
"1. Middle of March 2011. There is a possibility that a 7.9+ earthquake will hit a densely populated area in a third-world country. Most of the buildings will collapse, many people will die, many will be homeless. It seems there will be an increase in world chaos and natural disasters."
Again, we ALL should scrutinize ALL prophets - because some are truly from God and some are not, even though they claim to be. And you wonder how the Bible warns of MANY being deceived and tricked by false prophets. This poster - like so many before him- has given us a specific "checklist" of prophetic events to look for...time will tell if he is revealing God's plans or not. But God gave us His Word and our own brains to help decipher truth - or sacred prophecy- from the untrue. Just because OP claims it is doesn't make it so, and doesn't take away our need to "test" the prophecy.
Jeremiah 14:14 Then the LORD said to me, "The prophets are prophesying lies in my name. I have not sent them or appointed them or spoken to them. They are prophesying to you false visions, divinations, idolatries and the delusions of their own minds

That's irrelevant (Jeremiah 14:14)
raphael3 is getting sacred visions and because he seeked the Lord through prayer and others also are getting the same sacred visions is no reason to bash him with such hatred that is being expressed.

It's not hatred- I apologize if it sounds that way or you hear it that way.
I do believe we are in the "end times" based on what the Bible describes- but my point is that NO ONE - not even Christ himself- knows if that means today at 4pm or in 1 year or 10 years or 100 years or 1000 years. We just don't know and to speculate is a waste of breath. Again, how does it glorify God to try to "decode" His timetable?
All I am saying is that many "prophets" before OP and after OP will claim to know the exact days when major end times events unfold. All the prophets before OP were wrong, what proof do we have (spiritual or physical) that OP is different? None. That is my point.
Having end times visions/ dreams is one thing (I myself have dreamt of the Lord's return in the sky) and is a natural thing for those of us who hope in the Lord and long for heaven.
Predicting specific end-times events (great earthquake in mid-March, 7th seal revealing on September whatever, Armageddon in 2012) is NOT productive and does NOT draw more people to Christ. It is fear-mongering at it's worst because the message being sent by OP is, "if you live in a 3rd world country and don't come to Christ by 3/15/11, you are damned to hell..repent!!" and when 3/15/11 comes to pass with no such earthquake we Christians- all of us- have lost more credibility with unbelievers.
If instead, we focused on sharing God's love for all and the "Roman Road"'to salvation....then we have more credibility and success in saving unbelievers.
That is all my point is. Christians shouldn't care what "THE DATE" is because we can't predict or change it. We know we're in very immoral times and the earth is clearly in "labor pains". But the message we bring to the world should always be one of love and eternal salvation, not do "x"'by "x date" or perish. That's why these posts grate on my nerves and break my heart- they ARE NOT productive in God's Kingdom and they do nothing to glorify God.
It's not hatred- I apologize if it sounds that way or you hear it that way.
Make sense?
I understand what you are saying.
