Not in SBSG's world. "World" means "elect world", especially when anything good can be interpreted from the context. When anything negative is in context, it means the "non-elect world". Likewise, "whosoever" means "whosoever is elect", "all" means "all elect", "everyone" means "every elect one" etc.,
Every scripture you post that uses the following words:

....will systematically be re-defined in a restricted and limited sense to agree with limited atonement theology. It's really hopeless to even try discussing the issues using scripture. Any scripture can be redefined when approached using this method. The scriptures are used simply as a tool to build upon their theology, rather than their theology being built upon the scriptures.
However, the same is also true of a universal atonement theology that does not actually save anyone, but ultimately leaves the deciding factor of each persons salvation in their own hands.
One thing SBSG has done well, and should be given credit for, is showing scripturally HOW the atonement actually accomplished our salvation for us, and did so apart from anything we do. That part is biblical and well presented.
The only correct and biblical view IMO, is a universal atonement that ultimately saves all. All, without exception, all, or everyone, having been elected in Christ from eternity, as the scriptures clearly reveal to us.
And ultimately, all in time will be reborn of the Spirit and come to a saving knowledge of their election in Christ, His atonement for them, and their final reconciliation to God (the truth), 2 Cor 5:19, 1 Tim 2:4.

Now thats correct, but only it was not National Israel, but the Children of promise. Paul makes it clear here Acts 13:
23Of this man's seed hath God according to his promise raised unto Israel a Saviour, Jesus:
If He raised unto Israel, then quite naturally He died for Israel. But again, its not an ethnic Israel, but Israel, the Children of Promise, in fact, the Church, His body.

That scripture is not talking about all without exception, but specifically about all the elect, or the Church. The world of which God did not impute its Trespasses unto 2 Cor 5:19
19To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.
Now we know that the world here cannot mean everyone without exception, because there is a world that is condemned for its trespasses 1 Cor 11:32
32But when we are judged, we are chastened of the Lord, that we should not be condemned with the world.
1 Timothy 4:10 spells it out plain as day, yet the ETers have twisted it to " he only offered salvation to all"

The False Christs here means, the different denominations saying we serve and witness of the True Christ. Also the false Christ, is that Christ that is presented that He loved of all of humanity, and died for all of humanity without exception, to give them a chance at getting saved.
Thats a False Christ. If anyone believes that fable, that Christ died for everyones sins in the world without exception, you have been deceived, and unless God gives you repentance, you are on your way to hell, forever !

To deny the Gospel that proclaims that Christ died for all the world and every creature is lunacy my friend. Your belief system makes no sense at all.
If as you say, a non elect person were to believe that Christ died for others but not them, to what then would God give them repentance from? What truth is not being believed that needs to be repented from according to your gospel (which btw is no gospel)?
The fact of the matter is that Christ died for all the world and every creature without exception. Those who hear the Gospel and do not believe that Christ died for them are the very ones that need to repent (change their minds) and believe the Gospel. And rest assured, in time, all will believe the Gospel and come to a saving knowledge of it's truth (1 Tim 2:4).
In fact the very gospel you proclaim on this forum (which is not The Gospel) is accursed by God, as well as the person who proclaims it:
Gal 1:8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.
Gal 1:9 As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.
