So this old Christian couple rents out there second fl apt to a couple which they believe to be married. In time they discover that they are not and do not intend on marrrying. What biblical stand can be presented justifying why they would evict?
Evictions are based on the Law, not biblical stands.
Reasons for eviction would be unpaid rental payments
or repeated violations to the lease, with violation letters,
giving the tenant a chance to correct the problem.
so no one can provide me with a foundation for their stance?
