Are these two different groups of people, or two different natures within every person?
I believe the latter, the the righteous and wicked are within every person.

...babes in Christ are still wicked...they still commit willfull sin...but they are in the process of finding out what sin is and strengthening by the Holy Spirit guidance...but still wicked.
