When does God make exceptions, you ask?

Eating with unwashed hands

Working on the Sabbath

Showing mercy to the adulteress.

Discuss.

He subjected us(into an earthy frame) to this world of vanity. For He hath known our frame, Remembering that we are dust. Thank God for that.

God see's beyond the dust, sadly so often, our earthy thinking creates a cloud of dust that obscures our sight of him.

No...he required full obedience to the Law in the Mosaic Covenant with the people of Israel. Thankfully, we are not part of that.

Yet Jesus broke the Law using Reason and Love.

And if God broke the Law once.... He can break it again.

We should be greatful for this fact, because without it (such as waivering punishment to the adulteress) men could not be saved. Religion is too weak to save them. But God isn't.

Peace,
brian

No, God does not make exceptions!
People that don't wash their hands have a
special level in hell...Dante was just too preoccupied to mention it.

He was sinless indeed: he broke the Sabbath, allowed eating with unwashed hands, and he didn't condemn the adulterer. And he touched the unclean.

Still today, he is touching the unclean. --Something the religious still refuse to do.

Blessings,
brian
