Right?
Which is why Jesus came not as an example but our substitute ... thus by faith in what Jesus did, God declares me (though a sinner) as one who has.

To associate anything with the good news of peace on earth and good will to all men is a perversion of the good news.

What argument is that?

No obviously no one follows all the laws of Moses, many of them are downright backwards in today's world. However at the time they served a purpose, and they lead the way to moral societies that we enjoy today. The same passage you are arguing against also forbids beastiality and incest, surely I doubt that we should dismiss those as well just because they're in the old testament? These things are also forbidden in the new testament too.

You need a far better argument than that.

Yet for some reason I am supposed to follow 1 particular verse out of Leviticus.

One little problem .... none of these are from Leviticus on how can one be not mastered by sexual perversion \ immorality.
" ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says:
Repent! Turn from your idols and renounce all your detestable practices! ' " Ezekiel 14:6

" Submit yourselves, then, to God.
Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. " James 4:7

"No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind.
And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear.
But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it. "
1 Corinthians 10:13

I squinted, cleaned my glasses, peered, and squinted yet again.

But I still saw/see no reference to homosexual behaviour in your quotes.

Methinks the sin is in the eyes (and lurid mind) of the beholder.

Maybe some good-hearted and clear-thinking folk will pray for you.

And the good news is when one heeds
" ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says:
Repent! Turn from your idols and renounce all your detestable practices! ' "
Ezekiel 14:6
despite the false character accusations of a barbaric understanding of God, the OT people knew the same God of the NT when confessed:
Isaiah 55:7
Let the wicked forsake their ways and the unrighteous their thoughts.
Let them turn to the Lord, and he will have mercy on them, and to our God, for he will freely pardon.
which the NT believer also professes:
Romans 3:24
all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus.

Romans 6:22
But now that you have been set free from sin and have become slaves of God,
the benefit you reap leads to holiness, and the result is eternal life.
