From what this atheist can tell we finally have a Christian leader who does more than talks the over blown hyperbole one sees primarily in the USA, and certainty on these boards.

Pope Francis appears to be everything that one would expect if a Christian.

He is humble, has lead by example and appears to be genuine. Unlike mega church celebrity preachers we all know about.

I may not agree with his religion, but I respect his actions. I wish the hypocrites who espouse their own religiosity could attempt to do the same.

saying. All Popes have their own personalities as men are.

I could introduce you to several hundred at my church. Maybe you need to get out more. There are many Christians quietly loving God and loving others.

He might even have the courage to say tHat he knows hell is a religious fabrication. That would be nice.
