Truth is proven by scripture interpreting itself! There is no other way to find truth.
If scripture does not prove what one is saying, then it's not truth.
This is why the study of scripture depending on the Spirit to guide is so very important.
There must be, I repeat there must be a well rounded knowledge of the scripture to know what is truth.

Charlie you deny what Jesus said, and what he said was black and white, you need a translation to try and prove the opposite of what Jesus said because you dont believe what he said.
