The Law that Jesus came not to abolish, from which shall pass not one jot or one tittle, is the Law of the Gospel, which is the true Law of God. But Jesus Christ abolished many commandments of the Old Testament (Matthew 5:31-48, Matthew 12:1-8, John 5:8-11, John 5:16-18, John 8:3-11 and the whole context of the Gospel).
The Gospel says: "Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets.... one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law" (Matthew5:17-20).
In these words are based many religions to tell us that Jesus Christ came not to abolish the commandments of the Old Testament, but that is a mistake because these gospel's words do not refer to the law of the Old Testament, because Jesus Christ abolished many commandments of the Old Testament, as we see in Matthew 5:31-48 and other parts of the Gospel.
The words of Jesus Christ in this famous verse (Matthew 5:17), which tells us that He did not come to abolish the Law and the Prophets, refers to the true Law of God, which is the Law that Jesus Christ himself taught us in the Gospel. Jesus Christ teaches that the law and the prophets that He did not come to abolish is the following:
"Allthings whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets" (Matthew 7: 12).
Therefore, this is the law that God gave to Israel because Jesus Christ himself says that "this is the law and the prophets". This is the law that remains in effect, that Jesus Christ came not to abolish ("Think not that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets"). And of this law did pass "not one jot not one tittle", of the Law that Jesus Christ teaches us in the Gospel and that is the true Law that God gave to Moses.
Now I also remember the Law of Jesus Christ expressed in commandments, as the Gospel teaches:
"And behold, one came to him and said, Teacher, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life? And he said unto him, Why askest thou me concerning that which is good? One there is who is good: but if thou wouldest enter into life, keep the commandments. He saith unto him, Which? And Jesus said, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Honor thy father and mother; and, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. The young man saith unto him, All these things have I observed: what lack I yet? Jesus said unto him, If thou wouldest be perfect, go, sell that which thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, follow me. But when the young man heard the saying, he went away sorrowful; for he was one that had great possessions" (Matthew 19: 16-22
And this law and these commandments are in effect for all peoples.
However, no one is under the laws of the Old Testament that were abolished by Jesus Christ, because those laws were not true Law of God. We are all under the Law and the commandments of Christ, which are the only true Law of God.
The True Law given to Moses, is the Law of God, and Jesus Christ is God who came to teach us the true commandments that had received the people in Moses' time ...
You are wrong, because you call "Law of Moses" to the Jewish laws of the Old Testament containing many precepts of men that Jesus Christ abolished ...

In the Old Testament and in the letters attributed to Paul there are many precepts contrary to what Jesus Christ commanded in the Gospel, and Jesus Christ commanded to preach only the Gospel.
Jesus Christ commanded PREACH ONLY THE GOSPEL, but the emperors of Rome and other empires did not love the Gospel and, for this reason, imposed their BIBLES AND THEIR RELIGIONS.

Jesus DID come to fulfill the law.
There's a world of difference between fulfillment and abolition of the law. In today's licentious lawless society it is no wonder that the difference between the two words has become muddied. People do not understand the law or the blessings that result from it. Instead they wish to be a law unto themselves and thereby make life a misery for everyone else.
One fulfills a law by obeying it, by representing it and by demonstrating its positive attributes. Jesus did not sin. If Christ came to abolish the law, then He would have been the most sinful man that ever lived. Instead He fulfilled it and became famous for being the most righteous man that ever lived.
It gets better.
The law was meant to bless mankind and make his life upon the earth a good one. Penalties for disobedience were severe because the consequences of breaking the law were destructive of human society and an accurate understanding of how to live in peace with God.
Observe if you will how those who believe the law is of no consequence have destroyed lives. Athestic philosophy became globally popular in the late 19th century. As a result of being widely embraced, the second world war began. It did not stop until nearly one hundred million people had died. Is this better or worse than penalizing one or two individuals for breaking a law?
It is better for the law to end the life of one lawbreaker than for a nation or civilization to suffer the agonies that result from widesprad acceptance of lawlessness.
Consider the consequences of lawlessness. Few today want to do that. Many want to be a law unto themselves thus achieving wreck for the lives of others. Violence and war and death are the flowers of the diseased plant of licentiousness.
No one has a license to sin.
But the law was also given that men may have life. Christ came to reaffirm the laws of Leviticus, which show how one can live peacefully with God. God is good and wishes all men to come to a saving knowledge of Him. But mankind is inherently evil selfish and self-destructive and will not choose God's way.
Jesus came to AFFIRM and to FULFILL the law, not to abolish it. He didn't die on the cross so that men and women could live in sin. Jesus died on the cross so that men and women could live in peace with God according to His law.

Actually the word is not abolish but kill...To kill the law meant to interpret it incorrectly...To fulfill meant to interpret it correctly...

What God wants is the mercy
"If you had known what this means, I want mercy and not sacrifice, you wouldn’t have condemned the innocent" (Matthew 12:7)
Jesus commanded to forgive seventy times seven:
"Then Peter came and said: Lord, how many times shall I forgive my brother when he sins against me? Till seven? Jesus said: I tell you, not seven times, but seventy times seven." (Matthew 18 :21-22)
Jesus speaks to the pharisees about the Law
When the Pharisees heard that Jesus had left the Sadducees speechless, they met together. One of them, a legal expert, tested him. Teacher, what is the greatest commandment in the Law? He replied, “You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your being, and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: You must love your neighbor as you love yourself. All the Law and the Prophets depend on these two commands” (Matthew 22:34-40)
Jesus teaches to a rich man, the precepts of the Law

These are the commandments of the Gospel, which are very different to the commandments of the Old Testament, for all the commandments of the Gospel are merciful, but many Old Testament commandments commands death sentences, wars and slavery.
So which is the law that the Christians must follow?
