who only did so because Jesus voluntarily laid aside the Glory in order to be found as a humble servant when he did such.

Glory schmory. This belief that we can add to or detract from . . . or in any way affect God's glory . . . is ridiculous. It is pure human vanity and hubris to think so. God's glory is infinite . . . there is no way to add to or detract from the infinite.
