Tony, my dear friend, your lists sound like a man who is desperate to be pleasing to God and not miss out on going to heaven. With these lists you keep creating for yourself(you will never yoke them on me), you will always hear a voice telling you what you do not want to hear.......one thing thou lack. I promise you if you abandon your lists, even if they are remotely right, your burden will roll away.
