What is a shame is that this Pastor has no regard for his neighbor's right to peace and quiet. I certainly would not want to live within earshot of a loud Pentecostal type church. I like peace and quiet. I like worship music, but not at an ear-drum busting volume.
Yes we are told that if someone asks us to go a mile go two. This pastor isn't listening. Maybe he can't hear God's word over the noise they make.
He should have got a permit for His celebration , but if they do not give permits for celebration , then He might have to wait until after Jesus second coming to celebrate in the streets , as the rock in the streets will want to celebrate Jesus said from Luke 19: 40 , as the Pharisees complained of the disciple rejoicing and praising God in public .....................Jesus said ``I tell you that if these should hold their peace, the stones would immediately cry out ``
This reminds me of a little congregation that we had about a block behind our house when I was growing up. Every Sunday it would rock the neighborhood but to us, it was just a part of the community just like the icecream truck with it's loud music coming down the street every Friday. I don't think that anyone complained because it went on for the almost 10 years that I lived there. But I think that the pastor should have respected the acceptable noise guidelines. God bless.
