First, you need to ask him if he wants to ordain same-sex marriages.

Then, if indeed he does, you need to shop for a church with a pastor who only ignores scripture that you would prefer be ignored (you know - condemning the momey-changer, eschewing wealth, disowning your parents, etc.).

I'm sure there's nothing worse than a pastor who ignores the wrong parts of the Bible!
