We are ALL God's children, Warden . . . but you are correct that agape love is what it is all about and there cannot be too much of it.

Yep, the discipline only comes into play when they do not repent, after loving help and they keep sinning in such ways. Jesus did not hang out with unrepentant sinners, he went to those who needed to know his love and would repent, as we are all sinners, but the call was to repentance. He did not hang out with Caiaphas as an example.The call was made and ignored.
