A pizzeria owner in Indiana, one who serves straights and gays without question, was asked by the news media if she would cater a gay wedding if asked to cater one. The owner said no because it would violate her beliefs.

Suddenly the threats rolled in. The activists threatened to burn her pizzeria to the ground. The owner closed her business out of fear. She's now in hiding because the threats didn't stop.

She didn't refuse to serve homosexual.
She hasn't attacked the homosexual.
She hasn't refused to hire homosexual.
She expressed her opinion, and now she fears for her life and business.
In America.

You can blame it on the media too for stoking the fires. The media doesn't care if your business is burned to the ground. They just want to sell their news.

I still cannot comprehend why the church thinks it can be militantly vocal about that which it does not approve and not expect a reaction from a world that orthodox christianity believes dwells no good thing, is corrupt and hell bound.

It is the Fundamentalist scam of the month. This woman is getting in early. Fundamentalist ideologues will get tired of digging into their pockets to support these scam artists while they are working to support their own families.

I wrote a check this morning to Planned Parenthood, so honest working women can access healthcare.

If this is true: "The activists threatened to burn her pizzeria to the ground."...

then that is completely outrageous, and ALL people (gay, straight, purple, short, tall, brown haired, yellow haired, what have you) should be condoning THAT. A threat of VIOLENCE should never be made against someone for expressing their opinion.

To me, THAT is the real problem. NOT her opinion on gay marriage.

I'm pretty sure it is illegal.... Is anyone following up on police response?

Both things matter. Her willing to discriminate , and threats of violence.

Both are wrong. Both cannot be tolerated.

It is fairly easy to find out who is threatening, and expose them. Nothing is hidden on the internet. Anonymity is a fallacy.

Her statement about her willingness not to serve pizza to homosexuals is also wrong, and cannot be tolerated. She has been exposed.
The law does not allow her to discriminate. If she continues to be hard headed, she should not be in business serving the public. Let her take that half million dollars raised, and go away.

Christians will have to donate more and more to these Fundamentalist scam artists. They will tire of it.

But I think this is going to open the doors for the LGBT Mafia to go from business to business seeing if they will cater a gay wedding and when they say no, they will call the news media and try to sue and have the place shut down afterwards.

Where is the evidence of her being a scam artist?
