Of course He could but He had the Archangel Michael do it with his army of angels. It's in the bible, the part where Lucifer and his minions were thrown down out of heaven.

The Hebrew name מִיכָאֵל (Mikha'el) means "who is like God?"
A rhetorical question, which implies no one is like God.

Genisis 3; indicates Satan is a real person .
Any one telling you he is not real, is a tool of satan .
If you bother to studdy the old testament you will see many refrences to satan as a real person , and the new testament all through it including Jesus makeing reference to satan being aliar and the father of it .
