You are beautiful, and wonderfully made by the hands of your Creator, if you have ears to hear. Don't let the world tell you otherwise. You are God's creation, from the top of your head to the soles of your feet, made by the hands of the Father. Remember, God looks on the heart and does not matter how many degrees you may have or how much worldly knowledge you may have. None of that matters compared to the riches that are found in Jesus Christ. And if you are a believer, don't be disheartened by attempts to take down your faith. That is all a part of the believer's life. So expect it and keep pressing forward. One day every knee will bow and acknowledge Him and that will be a glorious day.

2 Cor. 4

7 But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, so that the surpassing greatness of the power will be of God and not from ourselves; 8 we are afflicted in every way, but not crushed; perplexed, but not despairing; 9 ]persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed; 10 always carrying about in the body the dying of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our body.

God bless.

Encouragement for believers is just what is needed especially for posters on this forum as many denier of Jesus will hijack every thread they see to discourage Christians ....... Christians just learn to resist all pride here ...... My Pastor in the church were I go has a short time early in the service to ask people to give a short testimony on what Jesus is doing in people lives and five or six people stand up and give a short testimony of miracle of God recently had in their lives glorifying Jesus .............. So I add..... Keep up the great work you Christians are doing here of this forum as Jesus has a plan for each and every one of you Gory to God

So, as we are nearing the soon coming ' time of separation ' on earth - Matthew 25:31-33 - when God's purpose is that the humble ' sheep'-like ones remain alive on earth, and continue to remain alive on earth right into the coming start of Jesus' 1,000 year governmental rulership over earth when Jesus will usher in global Peace on Earth among men of goodwill.

- Proverbs 2:21-22; Psalm 37:11,29; Matthew 5:5; 1st Thess. 5:2-3; Isaiah 11:3-4; Revelation 19 :11,15

"The son can only do what he sees the Father doing. Whatever the Father does the son does likewise for the Father loves the son and whatever he does He shows him."

"If the son frees you, you shall truly be free."

"No one knows the son except the Father and no one knows the Father except the son and whoever the son will reveal Him."

hjc, yes, learn to resist pride. I am learning this more every day. Even in times of opposition and ridicule, it is a learning experience. We are learning to stand firm in our faith and to still respond in love and patience. We don't strike back at unbelievers, but continue to share our faith as God allows, pray for them, and respond in love. God bless.

Shana -

Thank you for the uplifting message to press on in the faith. We must press on and not faint. There are many voices in the world trying to destroy our faith, so we will do well to be reminded of what we believe about God and his plan.

Bless you.

Heartsong

Z-Man, you know everyone will. But not everyone will in this time. Your evangelistic zeal has an edge of weariness in it. Maybe expressing weariness with people who do not understand things needs to be reigned in a little bit sometimes.

Matthew, let me tell you why this post is a little dogma heavy. Because for one thing, none of us knows if we will die physically at any particular time on the chart. So this goal of being alive at "the time" of sudden change always strikes me as an odd thing to focus on. Nothing about focusing on that has anything to do with learning mercy, meekness, kindness, etc...
