That would be ridiculous. Am I to assume you want a law passed against celebrating Christmas? You are not very progressive in your thinking, are you? The celebration of Christmas is part of our culture, regardless of religious beliefs. It is a winter holiday where family comes together. There is nothing wrong with that. I would probably enjoy celebrating Hanuka with Jewish people as easily as I would enjoy celebrating Christmas.

Christmas always comes, no matter how many people fret about the so called "War on Christmas". From 'How the Grinch Stole Christmas'

"Every who down in Who-ville, the tall and the small, was singing! Without any presents at all! He HADN'T stopped Christmas from coming, it came! Somehow or other, it came just the same! And the Grinch, with his Grinch-feet ice-cold in the snow, stood puzzled ans puzzling:How could it be so? It came without ribbons! It came without tags! It came without packages, boxes, or bags! And he puzzled and puzzled, til his puzzler was sore. The the Grinch thought of something he hadn't before! Maybe Christmas, he thought, doesn't come from a store. Maybe Christmas, perhaps, means a little bit more."

Grinch eventually got it. Why do so many who throw fits about cups or whether a store employee says "Merry Christmas" or "Happy Holidays" not?

No! You don't say! What a revelation. Never heard that before.

Said no one ever.

Good question, Heartsong. I hope not. Sarcasm is an art, IMHO. I think it would be in the 'sin' category if it was used to deliberately hurt someone.
