What exactly is this referring to? Here are some of the statements listed in Isaiah 65.
1. New heavens and a new earth
2. No more weeping and crying
3. People will live past age 100, or they will be considered cursed
4. Build their own houses, and eat from their own vineyards
5. Lifetime of God's people like the lifetime of a tree
6. Wolf and lamb will graze together
7. The serpent will do no harm

You do know that Psalm is talking about Israel, don't you?...

Free will never will be removed. God doesn't want robots, he wants all to use their free will to choose to love him and listen to his fatherly advice. Those that do are doing it now.
