its rational, been said, and promptly ignored because it doesn't match an agenda.

As usual you are clueless about fundamentalism.

It is actually the non-fundamentalist who are in the wilderness. In the OT, those in he wilderness were not allowed to enter the promised land and they never found the rest God promised to those who believed in Him---Heb 3:19.

I wish I knew, but I decided a long time ago that God has a good purpose for everything He does--His ways are not our ways.

I will offer 2 guesses. First we are to become slaves to God and to serve Him as our master. Second, God does not promise us a rose garden in this life. Be faithful where you are and you will get a rose garden in the new heaven and earth.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.

I know both guesses is like kissing your sister, but that is the best I can do.

The Bible is one tool used by American slave owners to justify their actions toward slaves, as some believers do today to justify subjugating women and condemning homosexuals.
The Bible does not teach subjugating women and condemning homosexuals, although some ignorant Christians and non-Christians do read it that way

There is not one perception of God. He has many attributes and man has probably not found all of them yet.

Muslims consider Jesus a prophet like Mohammed, not God. To be saved one needs to have the right view of Jesus. IMO, a Muslim would never confess Jesus as their Savior.
