So waking up and warning people trapped in a burning building would be oppressive and controlling to you? It's loving to leave them alone to die a horrific death?

That's the loving thing to do for your neighbour, if you see he is in danger, you warn him. And what I am saying is your soul is in terrible danger of perishing, you might not realise it, but I am trying to wake you up to the fact the Scriptures are not joking, they are not mythologies or human inventions, but Divinely inspired truth God has revealed to us.

Luke 16v22-24 And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham's bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried; And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom. And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.

I wouldnt want you, or anyone else, to end up there like the rich man did.

You are confusing a hypothetical reality with an illogical belief of eternal torment which is NOT reality.

No it is not illogical, but even if it were illogical according to your (or anyone else's) standards of logic, the only thing that matters is if it is true or not. A guilty criminal, sentenced to death, could find it rather illogical that there is such a thing as an electric chair, he could even the deny the existence of it entirely, but it is completely irrevelant whether he does or not - he will go there anyway and experience it's reality by force.

So logical to you or not, the question is, is it true that every human being has an everlasting soul that will either be in the torments of the lake of fire or the bliss of the new heavens and the new earth for eternity? And yes it is true, it is a reality according to the Scriptures which were Divinely inspired and absolutely trustworthy and true because God is absolutely trustworthy and true.

Romans 3:4a God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar.

Revelation 21:8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

Now you are like that guilty criminal, it makes sense that you would want to deny your guilt, that you would want to deny the existence of judgment and the electric chair - but denial does not change reality - and God's Word tells us what that reality truly is. Not to make our life miserable, but to warn us for the wrath that is to come and so we could escape this judgment. Because there is a way for guilty criminals to be forgiven and released, Jesus Christ paid the price to set us free from the prison of sin and death, and give us eternal life.

I am sincerely saddened about the state of your Soul because you can accept such a heinous and evil consequence coming from our loving God.

He runs down the field to tackle his opponents, not realizing the game was postponed indefinitely. For God was in Christ, reconciling the world (ALL OF HUMANITY) to himself, no longer counting people's sins against them. And he gave us this wonderful message of reconciliation which the fundamentalists would rather you not believe.

It's not true, so the only thing you are doing is creating a fear based religion of your own making.

And that's not rational.

Because God has given me such immense grace for free, while I was such a wretched sinner, I feel obliged to freely share with others what I was freely given. Might not always be appreciated, but that's to be expected since the enemy wants nothing but destroy the Light of the Gospel.

While I was walking just now and admiring Gods wonderful creation, it struck me again how immensely great the grace of God is for me, and for all those that have put their faith in Jesus Christ. How unbelievable it is, and especially how undeserving, that He does not treat me after my guilt or my debt. But all that is gone and He treats me and all believers in Jesus Christ not after our sins anymore, but after His loving grace.

What an incredible freedom there is in Gods grace, there are no words to describe it. I know I can't lose His grace, because I didn't have to work to receive it and I won't have to work to keep it because He will make sure nobody will pluck me out of His hand.

John 10:27-28 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.

To me it's encouraging to ponder Gods amazing grace, so I'd love to hear your experiences with Gods grace aswell.
Most Protestants have no idea what grace is about.

If they think about it at all they believe its some sort of ultimate divine panacea for their guilt.

THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A LICENSE TO SIN.

Most Protestants think grace is God looking the other way and allowing us to set our hands upon any filthy thing we choose - with His approval. That's not how it works, boys and girls.

America is now in the region of the four hundred ninety first sin. Hell is coming. Judgment is upon us because God does NOT always forgive. There are conditions to atonement and even then judgment in some form may not be avoided. God is not as slack as Protestant leaders suggest. Their words seek only to serve their bank account and not the spiritual well being of their congregations. God's word seeks to promote righteousness.

Watch out sinner # 491. Your day is coming. Indeed it may already be upon you. Watch and learn what judgment upon the earth is like, America. Unfortunately, most Americans are fools these days and won't learn anything at all. Judgment comes anyway. So watch.

that's me, hollering from the choir loft.....

When this planet is impacted with another comet or large asteroid, it won't have anything to do with a God.
But you can bend over and kiss yours ... goodbye! Although I hope some of us survive to begin, once again.

Eventually, we may collectively get some things right without all the religious fear mongering.

Yes it is true, and rational, but you choose to disregard God's Word and truth, and you rather hang on to your own opinions. What are you, other than dust and ashes? Yet you think you know better than the God that created you, you think your standard of morality is better than God's. It's nothing but the foolish pride that is characteristic for fallen, sinful, rebellious humanity, and sadly you will eventually receive the wages if you do not repent and turn to Christ.

Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
