Does the ^ above ^ mean if a person gets a speeding ticket they are sinning against the motor-vehicle code ? ______

If you are doing 65 m.p.h. in a school zone, you have missed the mark of what is safe and reasonable.

In a sense, you've sinned against the children in that school zone and the law by deliberately putting them in danger when knowing that you should not be going that fast...
