- Any thoughts about 1st Timothy 4:8
My friend and I go to the same church and we decided after the new year to get into shape. I suggested yoga and sent her a link to the yoga studio. She then replied that the studio is too new age with Buddha images and that she looked more into it and found that yoga poses are offerings to Hindu Gods. She sent me a link to an article and I read it but I'm just confused. I'm a newbie Christian but I just don't see anything wrong with doing yoga. I don't get it...is yoga bad?
Is yoga connected to any non-biblical religious-myth practices ?
