That is the New Covenant that the Christ spirit is supposed to represent.

Believers who have the spirit of Christ on their live would be the promise of the covenant were God put His law on their heart in His Spirit ....... Still God through Jesus can move through the world and can influence people who are lost to God if they listen through the spirit , and God can remove the demonic influence from the people who are lost to God for the Plan of God ,............. as God through the cross of Christ has multi-more power then the devil and demons for the plan of God , ................. God never had the power over the devil and demon because of authority, before Jesus Christ and the cross .......Still God will not move in the earth by this power of Jesus Christ unless Gods judgment would be used
