To fathom such a concept is impossible, but let's frame the situation...
When God speaks, mountains shake; then there's the handful of times when God actually swore - to add depth and pound the certainty of the matter into our view.
But this event stands alone as the only time that He ever based the surety of His word coming to pass on Himself.
The subject: He is God, and there is none else: a just God, and a Savior. If you haven't seen it yet, it's Isaiah's heavyweight section where God is on His throne, declaring His dominion and status as Creator, Savior, & Source of all that is.

What give's you the idea that it's a spiritual Israel?...
You go to heaven and just go up and see God , and you will be on your knees , because the power of God will be so great you would not be able to stand up in His presence there......

Notice it says the word goes out in righteousness.
Yes, the word of the Lord is righteous.
"The word of the Lord is upright and all His works are true, He loves justice and righteousness."
"In the Lord shall be the vindication and the glory of all the descendants of Israel. Only in the Lord are righteous deeds and strength."
