since god of the big religions are human constructs i would say they would seem to have all the traits a human can perceive.

You just fell into your own misinterpretation. You just said He said to believe in Him of whom they (the scriptures of Tanach) testify. To testify means you have given a testimony, and He just told you their testimony is true and of Him. This is not a problem when you also accept the scriptures that tell you that the HG came upon the writers of the Tanach, and since the HG and the Father are ONE we are also told, then when you see Him in the testimony, you also see the Father as well, for both are the same Spirit in operation. You are trying to separate the testator from the testimony. It doesn't work. Peace

2 Timothy 3:16 does. I Pet 1:25 does. Psa 119 does in many places.
Jesus never said a single thing about believing the scriptures to be inerrant and infallible. He said to believe whom they testify of.
You don't know that. Jesus did many things not included in the Bible(Jn 21:25). Besides it is not necessary to say what God inspired is inerrant and infallible. That is a no-brainer.
