If a person can get all the history correct in his head, he just might have a good chance to understand what he is reading. The history shows everything in a simple way when you learn who is who and what is what. Can we take Christians and Jews, and then say that the Jews are guilty for everything the Christians did in all their crusades?

Can we put the sins of Christianity on the head of Jews? That would be silly wouldn't it? But people make this same mistake every time they open their bible. Christians will be reading about the kingdom of Israel all the while thinking that they are reading the history of Judah, and Christians will think to put every sin of Israel on Judah's head.

Mixing up Israel with the house of Judah would be the same thing, the house of Israel IS NOT the house of Judah, their sins aren't on Judah.

They were two separate, completely different nations of people. The biggest problem people have is knowing the difference between the Northern Kingdom called Israel, and the Southern kingdom called Judah.

Everyone just puts all 13 tribes together as if they were one people when IN FACT, they were two separate nations with two separate religions being two separate kingdoms, and Israel was so unlike Judah, and their sins so heinous and so very different than Judah, and people still can't see the difference between the kingdom of Ephraim and the kingdom of Judah. They were not the same people, and to try and make them the same is the same thing if you were to take the people of Assyria and say,'' These are Jews too, and all their sins fall on the head of Jews.'' Because the wives of Solomon led him to bring paganism in the temple, God punished Judah by splitting up Israel. Now there would be two kingdoms, the kingdom of Israel and the kingdom of Judah.

For 300 years Israel was enemy to Judah. The kingdom of Judah loved the laws of God, Judah loved the Sabbaths and the feasts of God.

From the very beginning of the northern kingdom of Israel in the hands of the first king of Israel called,'' Jeroboam,'' the people of Israel rejected the laws of God and called the Torah a strange thing and these people reveled in their lawlessness. From the very first king of Israel, king Jeroboam knew that if he let his people keep the Sabbath and feasts of the Lord in Jerusalem, then he would surely lose his people because his nation would also go up to Jerusalem to keep the same feasts and holy days that the Jews of Judah kept, and Jeroboam knew that he would in fact, lose his kingdom because the king of Judah reined over Jerusalem and her feasts..

Two kingdoms of Israel who couldn't be more opposite. For 300 years the nation of Israel were confederate with Syria and other nation AGAINST the people of Judah.

For 300 years the kingdom and the people of Israel said they were the true people of God and they believed they had the new wine, and all of them became prophets who reeled in this supposed new spirit and they too waited on a Messiah, but not the same as Judah.

These two nations couldn't be more different.

One nations calls the Torah a strange thing because they wanted to separate and divide themselves FROM JEWS, and the other nation LOVES the TORAH, they LOVE the precepts and ordinances which are the light of God, they walked in the light, but the kingdom of Israel walked in DARKNESS, and so it was called,'' THE LAND OF DARKNESS,'' specifically referring to the land of the ten lost tribes.

For 300 years the nation of Israel had a COMPLETELY different religion where they mixed the worship of other god's with the worship of the one true God. This SEPARATE nation of Israel HAD TO BECOME THE WORST ENEMIES TO JEWS OF JUDAH.

This is what everyone should learn right off the bat, the nation and kingdom of Israel called,'' Ephraim,'' were completely different from the Jews of Judah in that their religion was like the religion of Judah, but they no longer had use for the laws, and in their attempt to remain separate and different than Judah, they accepted the winter solstice and many pagan ways and they continued to call the Torah a strange thing until God said,'' You are not my people, and I will not be your God.''

Because of their desire to separate from Judah, the nation of Israel called, ''Ephraim,'' rejected all the ways of God and they rejected Jerusalem altogether and built their own temple in Shechem and sacrificed in Bethel and in Dan where they sat up a calf at each site. They had to become enemies against Judah and the ways of God out of greed, because of the greed of the kings of Israel, they all died and their kingdom ended because of their disrespect of the laws, and their involvement with pagan ways in their Sabbaths and feasts.

300 years of a nation sinning against God in idolatry and paganism, and with great malice against the word of God, these people became opposite and different people than the Jews, they had willingly become pagan Gentiles. But to add insult to injury, the whole world keeps taking the sins of the Northern kingdom of Israel, and they try and put those sins on the head of Judah when it cannot be done, they may as well take the sins of the Egyptians and put them on the head of Jews also.

The Kingdom of Israel ARE NOT JEWS of Judah, the sins of the kingdom of Israel cannot be put on the head of Judah and we have a really good parable to show the historical facts of these two kingdoms, these two sons. The Parable of the Prodigal Son only shows the historical facts of the two kingdoms of God. The prodigal nation of Israel became Gentiles when they disrespected the word of God in going out to herd swine, as that is a reference to the Torah altogether.

Unless people learn the history of the Northern kingdom of Israel called,'' Ephraim,'' they are doomed to keep walking in the footsteps of these lost people. Even though God scattered them to the four corners of the earth, Hosea 2 shows us the greatest promise of all, that is, when the millions and millions of the ten lost tribes are found. Their numbers are so great as to be given the name,'' The sands of the seas.'' Ephraim.''

Ephraim's sins are the exact same sins as modern Christianity today, but God has all the faith in the world with the majority, I mean, considering the fact that the day of Jezreel is so great, and the harvest so overwhelming, I have all the faith in the world that the good Lord will bring the majority back. If they can only repent as Ephraim must, then they obtain the promise that Ephraim is promised, and GREAT is the promise of Ephraim, IF, If and when he ever returns.

Again, the greatest tool in understanding the bible is to know the history, know history enough to know that the people of Israel WERE NOT JEWS OF JUDAH, and although EVERYONE makes the mistake of bunching two kingdoms together, it still cannot be done. God ended Israel, but he said he will save Judah by his own spirit and he promised that he will never abandon them, and they alone remain while ten tribes remain lost.

O Ephraim, WHERE IS MY BROTHER EPHRAIM? The spirit of Elijah ONLY goes out to the lost Gentiles of Ephraim who come repenting of their separation from the Jews of Judah and that is what it is all about. God just wants to take Gentiles and Jews to make them one, but the Gentiles never stay.

I used to be a Christian, and then I unbelieved the Christian dogma.

I think the correct term for someone who never believed in the first place must be "nonbeliever".

The book is very clear on believers SEALED with the Holy Spirit. When GOD does a work no MAN can undo it.

Ephesians 4:30 (ESV)
And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.

Yes Ephesians 4:30 is the truth.

Yet in John 15:6, Matthew 13:19-21, Hebrews 3:14:
Jesus does not teach "anyone does not abide in me he is ... sealed anyway." John 15:6
.... forced reading of Ephesians 4:30 implies it does

Jesus does not say that "one who hears the word and immediately receives it with joy" was never a believer in the first place Matthew 13:19-21
.... forced reading of Ephesians 4:30 implies it does

Jesus does not teach that "when tribulation or persecution arises on account of the word ... they're still sealed anyway" Matthew 13:19-21
...
. forced reading of Ephesians 4:30 implies it does

Hebrews 3:14 does not teach: "For we have come to share in Christ, whether or not if indeed we hold our original confidence ... were sealed anyway."
.... forced reading of Ephesians 4:30 implies it does
Such forced reading of Ephesians 4:30 is what is warned about in Acts 20:30.

"Many unbelievers were former believers" is because Jesus taught why Matthew 13:19-21
Unbelievers not understanding the Bible happens because Jesus taught why Matthew 13:19-21
Those who renounce their faith \ not abide are condemned to hell because Jesus taught why John 15:6

Correct, no man can take it away, but if they grieve the Holy Spirit of God they throw it away. Those words are there for a reason, thus a spirit anointed Christian can throw it away.
