Imputed Grace is without the law or else it is not Grace.
Unless, your looking at Grace as though God may favor your efforts to comply with the law.
If, that's the case than your placing God as judge of your soul and based on your good conduct.....He may favor you to the inner court?
That would make Jesus' sacrifice of no value.
It would be like if He had never existed.
Now, a mention of 33,000 Christian faith.
Thank be The Father of Jesus Christ for His work of love for the Father in granting us Grace.
If, that hadn't happen, all the Jews and all the gentiles would be totally hopeless.
Grace has allowed us freedom of expression. To love God anyway we want. You want to follow the law....fine.
You want to be a Christian fine.
You want to be a Jehovah's witness, that's fine too.
You want to be a Mormon, a Catholic, a Jew, a Muslim......etc?
Because of Grace imputed God looks only at the heart.
If, your heart is for God, Grace is sufficient.
Now......where's the beef?

Blessings,AJ
Nope:

KJV John 4: 24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

Jesus words which eliminate differing beliefs being acceptable. Truth does not allow for such contradiction.

KJV 1 Cor 1: 10 Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.

One church is true and the rest are ignoring Scripture and following men. The weeds that started growing even when the apostles were alive.

Nope, sorry, you’re wrong...The opposite would be to kill the Law which means to explain it incorrectly...

LOL.

No thanks. Outgrew horror stories in the 60s.

May the Tree Gods find favour with you and not drop a heavy limb on your head or car.

What have I've been saying all along on this thread?
You just confirmed my understanding of those who read the negative but could not see the positive in the Bible.

One can't blame God for mankind's desires.
He understood it when He created mankind...............after His own image.
Not only that but also placed us at a disivantage. How so, you might ask?
Well it has to do with the flesh.
I mean.....what does the flesh not want?
However, God did not blame us either.
He created us this way....knew we would fail but did not leave us hopeless.
God, in the same type of flesh, was not subject to, even though tempted in every point, paid the price by offering His body as a sacrifice for all of us.
Done....where there was no hope....now is.
God is willing to forgive, forget any sin against Him so that you might have the opportunity to receive His blessings while still in this hell hole.
Victory in overcoming any adversity.

When your ready.....just call on Him. He will not turn you away regardless of what you may think of Him.

Blessings,AJ

The bible provides the answer to being saved. There is a state mentioned in the bible which is called backslidden which means you have abandoned the faith for the belief of a nonbeliever. Now Jesus provides a remedy for it. He told Peter when the question came up, how many times should I forgive someone. This indicates a backslidden condition. He also refers to it by saying we have to repent of it and turn back to God !

Hi, drdecker
At the time Jesus spoke to Peter was before Jesus went to the cross.
So, our mind set should still be old testament thinking in that Isreal was forgive many times over in order that God would maintain their integrity of stubbornness towards the law.

God depended on them to be strong in order for them to offer Jesus up as a sacrifice.
Now, 7 x 7 = 49 forgiven as an indication of God dealings with Isreal.

Add 1 more to that and you have 50.
50 I'd the year of jubilee. Meaning freedom.
That is also a picture of Jesus sacrifice gaining our freedom.

Now, back to Peter. Peters faith, plus the rest of his Apostles broke down as well because Jesus was abandoned at His arrest.
Jesus knew that Peters faith would not fail after Jesus'resurrection.
There is where Peters faith was as like a rock.
Once converted, born again, after Jesus'resurrection, Peter became stubbornly dedicated follower, as did the rest of the Apostles, of Jesus.
There year of Jubilee had arrived.

Now, I believe that a backslidden soul is one saved after conversation.
A soul that was purchased by Jesus' blood an granted ammunity from eternal death but not from a backslidden state.
A backslidden state is not a loss of salvation but rather a loss of blessings of joy, peace and contentment.
A soul suffering by a perplexed spirit is one in termoil and in need of repentance. A repentent sinner is quickly restored but never lost.

Blessings,AJ

I don't see the term "backslidden" anywhere in the Bible......but the idea promotes a Performance Based Salvation which doesn't exist under grace.

We receive salvation as a free gift..........

Romans 6:23 (ESV)
For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

By the same token one does not see the word Trinity either.

Back slidden is just a term used to describe one fallen from Grace.
One may fall but not loose ones salvation.
Salvation is a work of God not ours.
It's there if we but accept it.
A renewal does not expire because one falls.
The falling away has consequences not until death as it was prior to Jesus'resurrection.

Blessings,AJ

SOOOO. your living in the days after the fall feasts have been fulfilled, living amongst immortals?

There are two rains of spirit promised, one in the spring and a double portion in the fall, that double portion of spirit has not come because Jesus has not yet come a second time to complete the fall holy days, and so this is it for you. So many unfulfilled prophesies that would make your head spin, but then, you must not know them.
