Actually if you read the account--The Men of the city brought young boys with them to have sex with the men strangers who happened to be angels--Lot offered them his virgin daughters-they refused them. If God hates pedophilia as much as I do, I think he will surely destroy America because America is crawling with pedophiles and it usually has nothing to do with gay men, but it usually does have to do with MEN, just as does most of the raping and killing. I don't recall ever hearing anyone preach against the sin of pedophilia - I can't imagine why. They were defending one in running for Republican Senate in Alabama not too long ago.

The above passage has been 'doctored' to include the term 'homosexuality' by MODERN MAN, a term that was NOT used in the original manuscripts of scripture. While I do agree that the world is fast going down the toilet and that its inhabitants - people - are getting dumber and dumber by the day, the 'cut off' point for "God" to have destroyed the world has long since passed its 'used by' date. It should have occurred way before now if it was going to occur at all. Hey, here's a thought ...why don't each of us take our favorite Bible passage and put our own fictitious slant on it to suit our own specific biases? Sound like fun? Oh wait ...we already do that! My bad.

If there's a league table for sinners, bible fundamentalists would be at the top. They unlike the unbeliever have the bible that tells them to stop sinning, but do they ?, the unbeliever only as the fundamentalist telling them not to do which they still do. Basically their own belief system condemn them, but they don't see it. Christianity was never about stop sinning but seeking and focusing on the kingdom and the righteousness of God, the rest then takes care of itself.
Rom 6:1-2 - What shall we say then? Are we to continue in sin so grace may increase? May it never be! How shall we who died to sin still live in it?
Rom 6:15 - What them? Shall we sin because we are not under the law. but under grace? May it never be!
