I just wanted to acknowledge this incredible miracle by the God of the Bible whose prophets of old declared that Israel would become a nation again after centuries in exile.
Thank you for your celebration! But, let us please refrain from any political discourse so the thread won't be shut down. It's devoted to God's miracle of the rebirth of Israel in 1948. What a mighty God we serve!

I fully believe that the rebirth of Israel as a nation is the beginning of the fulfillment of the prophecy in which all Israel will be restored to the land in belief once Jesus returns.

they predicted 2000 years ( 2 days) and it has been 2000 years and it is close to the morning of the third day. And we all know what happens on the morning of the third day!
The Romans Destroy the Temple at Jerusalem, 70 AD.

yes I find this whole chapter backs up what is said in all the minor prophets and what it says in revelations.

Israel is a politically-defined country/state. It might be part of the Holy Land, but "Israel" in modern times as a country is political; defined and designated 70 years ago.
The land of Israel referred to in the Bible is of different significance and formation. Many would point to God helping form that during a time of heavy involvement (detailed in scripture), whereas the modern State of Israel was formed by men and political factions.

Israel is fairly tolerant and harmonious country now with different religions, despite border tensions with neighbors.
