Rose, I appreciate your enthusiasm but just believing something doesn’t make it true. The same way those who believe in ET pick scriptures out of context to support their view, supporters of UR do seem to do the same thing.
I believe we should focus on understanding the process of salvation and not fight each other continually.
I believe the scriptures are about the process of salvation on earth and both UR and ET believers spiritualise salvation to heaven/hell, I think the focus should be on what the scriptures mean in context, both old and new testaments, and not in individual scriptures cut and pasted.

How can there be common ground on this to focus on the same thing, when virtually the whole of christendom believes salvation is an accomplished done deal by believing you are saved from eternal hell by believing in Jesus?. I can understand what you are saying, but scripture is not just about the individual, it is mostly prophetic about national things that affect society and the development of them.
“Salvation” is not just one thing, the ET vs UR argument is made by using scriptures to talk about the national things as if they relate to the individual. Salvation in scripture is not just one thing, different scriptures relate to different parts of the kingdom of God which will come to the earth. What is flesh is flesh, what is spirit is spirit, what is individual is individual, what is National is national. The judgement to come is of the nations and a part of it is about the churches needing to judge themselves and overcome false teaching and understand what the scriptures are about.
