Jesus speaks of the treasure of heaven that is hidden but is found and then hidden by whoever finds it.
Why does he hide it?
How did He find it?
Matthew 13:44
"The kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field, which someone found and hid; then in his joy he goes and sells all that he has and buys that field."

That one has always bothered me too, but the point seems to be that one will give up all that he has to gain what is most valuable. Legally, the finder had to own the land where the treasure was found in order to own it I'd have to say. It certainly isn't a matter of "hidden knowledge" or anything like it, Peacemaker.
The question to those who are not One is how are they One.
It is a hidden treasure.
Primarily by coming to the realization you were never separated from God in the first place, then grow on from there.
