I can do all things through Christ and that includes not getting offended just like our Heavenly Father. God is not fallen man, who needs to destroy. Jesus's words were he came that we might have life, it is the devil who comes to destroy.
No, wrong. Again, the two are not mutually exclusive. I can love you, but if you kick me in the shin, I'll get offended, if you spit in my wife's face, I'll get offended. Your conflating two separate ideas.

That's because the gospel is offensive to our sin. It's not about us, never has been, never will be. It's about HIM.

So, you keep coming on here making these remarks without stating your own position on them. What is your stand on this?.

I heard the other day, someone say the bible should be reverently and ceremonially burnt every Easter. I think he's right. It is not God and this easter event should be carried out until the evangelicals get it, that the bible is not God, they can deny it as much as they want, they believe it is and idolize it.

The Bible is the word of God. If it isn't where do you learn about him? The Koran, the Book of Mormon? I have no idea what you believe in brother, and I don't think that you do either.

Sin does not worry me, because i know the grace of God superabounds sin, the same super abounding grace is what causes a man to return to the Lord, no amount of pointing out how sinful someone is will ever do that, unless of cause you are gullible to the doctrines of men which are all immersed in sin consciouness.

You don't have to take a stand when you treat eveyone as you would like to be treated.

No it is not, your bible says Jesus Christ is and our Heavenly Father instructed us to listen to him, and Jesus never once said anything about the scriptures other than to rebuke and correct the fundamentalists of his day. He rarely quoted it, i actually think it is less than 15 times in 3 years that he quoted it. What does that tell you?.

I don't have any special view on it, people are people.

Well it concerned Paul:

[b]Romans 7:14-25 New International Version (NIV)
14 We know that the law is spiritual; but I am unspiritual, sold as a slave to sin. 15 I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do. 16 And if I do what I do not want to do, I agree that the law is good. 17 As it is, it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me. 18 For I know that good itself does not dwell in me, that is, in my sinful nature.[a] For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. 19 For I do not do the good I want to do, but the evil I do not want to do—this I keep on doing. 20 Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it.

21 So I find this law at work: Although I want to do good, evil is right there with me. 22 For in my inner being I delight in God’s law; 23 but I see another law at work in me, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within me. 24 What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body that is subject to death? 25 Thanks be to God, who delivers me through Jesus Christ our Lord!

So then, I myself in my mind am a slave to God’s law, but in my sinful nature a slave to the law of sin.

Brother, I say this with 100% truth in love. Your belief system is a muddled mess. Get in the Word, please.
