Yes...if a storm was sent by God, something tells me, NO ONE would be able to explain it, there would be NO mistake it was supernatural in nature and NOT just something that can happen naturally due to weather patterns.
The reason being, when and if God sends his wrath, he would not want anyone to 'misinterpret' or explain it as being random or naturally occurring, in other words...God would ENSURE people KNEW it was coming from him and probably WHY he was sending it.
The plagues are a great example, NONE of them could have happened naturally.
Most of the plagues (Egypt) occur in nature.

All those things happen to the Gentile who is walking a progressive path in leaving the ways of the world enslaved by the desires of the flesh, people do not want to leave Egypt and these curses come upon them in a very esoteric way in the death of the first born. We are the first born of Egypt, and we are to go all the way to death to experience a birth through the waters.
