The Biblical teaching is that all will be resurrected. Some to eternal life which means life in relationship with God, but others to judgment, and contempt and shame (Daniel 12:2). Unending existence is not what the Bible means by eternal life. All, according to the Bible will have eternal existence, but only those who have received Jesus as Savor will have an eternal relationship with God which is what is referred to as eternal life as opposed to mere eternal existence away from the presence of God in a spiritual sense.
