Here is your big flaw guys. Again taking literally when the meaning is clear in a word picture. He obviously meant in importance, what one weighs as most important, then secondary to that, then third, etc. Not on a chronological timeline, but comparing the weight you give each to a chronological timeline.
The sad thing is, this guy says WE are the ones that can't think and post logically.
I think they've made up this class they call "Fundie". It has nothing to do with reality. I think they're like unicorns, or the tooth fairy. Just figments of their imagination.
Labels are necessary for their agenda.
They describe "fundamentalists" as something evil, hateful, bigoted, harmful, stupid, 'spiritual retards', uneducated, cause of all problems, compared to nazis, KKK, pharisees, etc, and if you don't agree with their agenda, they'll call you a fundamentalist, which is supposed to mean you are all those evil things. It is an attempt to paint people as something other than they are. It is used in politics too, where people are labeled "far-left", or "extreme-right" in order to paint their views as something other than they are.

Agreed. If they can marginalize those that they disagree with, they can simply disregard what is said. That way they don't have to actually address it.

That's not really true. I address things that are said point by point and try to look past the labels. That's the training I got as a philosophy student way back, and I continue until this day. I do my best to avoid pejorative terms and to accurately represent the other side. But you DO have "Fundie" as part of your name, so what would be an appropriate use for the word 'fundamentalist' in your view?
I am a Christian Fundamentalist in a sense. My Fundamentals are to follow Christ's lessons on mercy, humility, grace, tolerance, introspection, prayer, renunciation of wealth, acceptance of our duty to serve the poor, widow, orphan, care for the foreigner and prisoner.
