Sorry, DRob, your mind doesn't work properly. You completely missed the significance of His appearance through closed doors. I suspect you are not prepared to objectively consider this issue.

Hey - it's your world, right?

You say Christ is not physically resurrected.

You say my mind doesn't work properly.

You get to set the terms.

It must be fun to run your world.

I understand you think Christ is a spirit because He went through walls. But He is flesh and blood just as He said. It's a different type of body - but it is a body. Paul said it is a glorified body in 1 Corinthians 15.

What you don't want to receive - is that God demands that you have to have faith in things beyond your logic. And if you can't comprehend it, then it doesn't exist to you - and you make up stuff to fit your logic. And you have been making up stuff for decades.

There is nothing wrong with logic and reasoning, however it makes it more difficult to program a person. It's a great deal easier to use blind faith in a belief, whereas, no proof or evidence is necessary - just believe? And, if you don't believe then you will be damned for all eternity. It's the believe this, or else mentality. One through that of intimidation and fear, rather than anything rational.

Nobody said anything was wrong with logic.

Other than that - I will wait for Mystic's response and respond tomorrow.

Where does it say that God demands that you have to have faith in things beyond your logic?

Personally, I believe that is something man would say - so you don't think for yourself.

In Ephesians is where there is reference to that love that surpasses knowledge

Eph 3:14**For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
Eph 3:15**Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named,
Eph 3:16**That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man;
Eph 3:17**That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love,
Eph 3:18**May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height;
Eph 3:19**And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.
Eph 3:20**Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,
Eph 3:21**Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.

To surpass over or beyond.

To transcend, surpass, exceed, excel.

In other words, love is greater than faith; it's the foundation on which faith is built.

Corinthians certainly says that

1Co 13:13**And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.
