LOL . One Christian tries to post something positive and uplifting about the faith, and a different Christian decides it something to argue about .
At least we're not making personal attacks and trying to insult each other. I'm not calling Mike any names, or attacking his character. I'm not mocking him I'm asking him to provide support for his belief. Nor is he attacking me. We're having a discussion. I think this has been respectful.
Now, if I were one of the anti-religious folk that post here, I'd be calling him names, saying he's primitive and barbaric, etc. But I won't do that.
When one starts a thread on an internet discussion forum, that's what is happening. It's to discuss it
On the other hand, I'm wondering why you seem to care if people wish to respond to him on the topic.
It seems to me he just posted a celebratory thread rather than creating one to debate and argue the theology of it . But as you wish . I’m not going to derail his devotional thread to debate you as to why you insist on challenging him on it .

You're certainly entitled to your point of view, but please stop trying to be the C-D politeness police.

Why did you feel it was necessary to bring another poster into the equation?
As am I. Obviously God used her in a very special way. But I do disagree with the way some view her.
Because of course women are just to be used but are not important in their own right, correct?
