No, virtually all scholars, and not just modern ones. This has been common knowledge since about 500 AD. I just looked it up and evangelical and other conservative scholars agree.
The Talmud even credits King Hezekiah as the person who compiled Isaiah's prophecies.
You really should know something about a topic before making confident pronouncements about it.
I bet those scholars are not kjv believers though, so how can they be trusted?

Well I guess that before 1611 they only had satan's translations to work with.
Still, you can take it to the bank that the translation team of the KJV understood that Isaiah is an anthology with likely at least 2 authors besides Isaiah, as this was already well known at the time.
But then I doubt he knows that 47 scholars did the translation work on the KJV, out of institutions like Oxford, Cambridge and Westminster. All were Church of England too. They weren't Baptists or something. Evangelicalism was still over 200 years in the future, really more like 250 years away in anything unambiguously like its present form. How can you trust all those high church people working at these high-faluting universities full of "mere human wisdom"?
And yet -- there you have it!

Your unbelieving paradigm will not allow you to accept that; but it is clearly sound exegesis to relate verse 28 to chapter 17.
Verse 27 is speaking of something else entirely. But it brings up the thought of verse 28 in Jesus' mind; and so He speaks it.
More unsubstantiated assertions! Verse 27 and 28 are connected - jeez! You are absolutely ridiculous to suggest that verse 27 is 'something else entirely' and verse 28 is then connected to chapter 17 but somehow verse 27 and 28 are not connected!
Keep talking it makes me look good!

verse 28 is clearly connected to chapter 17 and verse 27 clearly isn't.
So I have made the logical conclusion that verse 27 is talking about something different from, but similar to, what is written in verse 28.

Based on nothing but your wishing it so. Absolutely atrocious exegesis and believer-splaining.
