Since Timothy had a Greek father, lived in a Hellenic city outside of Judea/Israel and was not circumcised according to Jewish law until after he had met Paul, would he have read the Old Testament in the original Hebrew or would he have used a Greek translation?

The Septuagint is pretty likely.

The Septuagint probably, which was widely used by everyone at the time.

Where is this Aramaic translation that Timothy would have needed? I've never seen any mention of it in all of my schooling and independent study.

Needed? Well, the word of God was written in Timothy's heart so says the scripture, and after a little study, there were 3 languages in Lystra,
Lycaonian was the native tongue, so Aramaic would have been farther south.

Though having a Greek father, albeit one that did not believe, Timothy most likely spoke and read Greek.
Though being poor, they would not have had access to all the Scriptures, but would probably have some scrolls.

godspeed,

freedom

Timothy was circumcised after he met Paul? Did Paul influence Timothy to be circumcised? Interesting where in the bible do I read of Timothy's circumcision.
