Okay, so unless you live under a rock (Chrsitian or not), you have knowledge of a possible upcoming (I believe we are still a few generations away, personally) type or form of a New World Order and a working towards a one-world currency. Just for the sake of dicussion, let's assume this is fact (is it? who knows).

Okay. So we also know that most who believe in Christianity would whole-heartedly believe that this happening would be a definite sign of the end times (and I wouldn't disagree based on Scripture). But there is nothing (that I have seen) in the Bible that states why in particular a one-world system would be evil and something God would hate. So here is my question:

Outside of the fact that this happening would be a signal of the times, why would this possible system itself be "evil". Why would "God" find a one-world government that (in theory, who knows if in actuality) would aleive many of the worlds social and monetary issues over time? Is there anything that makes this wrong in the eyes of Christians besides the fact that it is the "sign of the times" and would be run by the "antichrist"? (Not that those are not good enough reasons lol)

In other words, would a one-world system where everyone is microchipped and such (but run by Jesus) be evil? I have to believe that it wouldn't be. Therefore, it is not a one-world system that should be assumed as evil ... but rather the understanding that whoever would be the leaders of it - would be the antithesist of Christ and therefore "evil" (if you are a Christian who believes in such).

By the way, I am by no means for a form of NWO. This is just a theoretical question that has been on my mind the past few days.

o-o-o-o-o-scottscotto ............whew!......; )...LOL! This is a good one, can you smell the rubber burnin'? A one-world system, where everyone is microchipped (and God only knows what the, "and such"' will include)...would be the most evil, most terrible, scary way of life that I personally could EVER imagine living! No matter who is running it. It is beyond my wildest imagination to be able to even fathom Jesus at the helm! Jesus, and everything His name stands for, opposes this way of life. You have to ask yourself this very important question: Why the microchip? Ugh!!! So some dictator, and his "eyes", could come against us, and then come get us, to eliminate us because we don't think the way they do, and because we are interupting his labor in mindcontrol!! That should send some chills down the spines of many a Believer in Christ! Anyway, God's Word says it will be a terrible day when this all occures, and because He said it, I believe it, and I pray that I don't have to experience it! A pretty wild thought though!..........Love.
