I appreciate all kinds of music..I was a teen at the beginning of the "rock and roll" age, I still love to dance and listen to the "oldies" especially when I am on a car trip alone..I have several cd's that I listen to at those times "Queen" is one
I have Creedance Clearwater revival too...Blue rocked in the late 50's and still rocks The grand kids think I am cool

Hey June, here's a couple of versions of Simon and Garfunkel's Bridge Over Troubled Water. I had the privilege of watching Elvis Presley performed the song at one of his last concerts in 1972 in Maryland.

Wow, you are just so cool, Miss Blue!!!

I LOVE Queen, Freddie Mercury had the most awesome voice ever!!
And I love CCR too.....I was also talking about CCR and a particular song that John Boy from John Boy and Billy radio show.....he used to massacre this song with his "chronic lyricosis".

I can't remember what all he said, but where the song says "there's a bad moon on the rise" John Boy would say "there's a bathroom on the right."

Hey, Ilene and Blue (and anyone else around these here parts who are 'old' enough to remember!) dance with June!

(I am sitting here donning my love beads, peace sign, and polishing my old 'go-go' boots!)

Couldn't squeeze into the old mini-skirt though. That was "x" number of pounds and "x" number of years/decades ago!
