Limapie....I think most would say that beloved is the one throwing knives. Everyone else is being very civil.

Isn't pride a sin beloved? You seem overly prideful that god finds you so special and hates everyone else.

Let this be a lesson
we all made beloved go on the defensive. He was all excited about
what he thought he knew. He was just trying to share it.

Well, the sharing went badly because we weren't patient enough.
I remember one time when I was a kid I thought that I knew how banks
worked. I had won a silver dollar running a race at a company picnic.
I wanted to put it into the bank for safe keeping. I was totally convinced
that the bank would keep it safe. Everyone told me that no, the bank
wouldn't keep it as a silver dollar; and when they gave it back to me, it
would be a paper dollar. Well, I would not listen and was very upset with
everyone. They
finally gave up and let me make the deposit.
I was told by the bank worker, though, that I wouldn't lose the dollar, but
in fact, gain the dollar plus interest back. She failed to mention the form
of the dollar. Clever her.

Well, at withdrawal time...I got a paper dollar and some coins for
interest. I was upset. I cried right there at the bank. Of course,
they didn't have any silver dollars around. They melted all those.

Beloved will find out about the water someday...just not from us.
Maybe from someone more patient.

not to bust your bubble, but...
The no water thing has been ruled a heresy by the Council of Trent.
The matter of water is basic Christian dogma by ALL Christian denominations.

I was praying for you today while reading 2 Timothy 4:3
"For the time will come when people will not tolerate sound doctrine but, following their own desires and insatiable curiosity, will accumulate teachers and will stop listening to the truth and will be diverted to myths. "

Don't discount what you learned when you were younger...build on it.

Still think some are throwing knives, limapie? Or does the scripture, "pride goeth before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall", come to mind?

There is hope STILL.
God always holds out hope.
The time isn't now obviously, but could be in the future.

There is hope for all of creation:

Romans 8:20-21 For the creation was subjected to frustration, not by its own choice, but by the will of the one who subjected it, in hope that the creation itself will be liberated from its bondage to decay and brought into the glorious freedom of the children of God.
