Yeah, just like in Hosea 2 when God first has no mercy on Israel as chidlren of the devil and later has mercy on them as children of God.

• Hosea 2:4 And I will not have mercy upon her children; for they be the children of whoredoms.

• Hosea 2:13 And I will visit upon her the days of Baalim, wherein she burned incense to them, and she decked herself with her earrings and her jewels, and she went after her lovers, and forgat me, saith the LORD.

• Hosea 2:17 For I will take away the names of Baalim out of her mouth, and they shall no more be remembered by their name

• Hosea 2:23 And I will sow her unto me in the earth; and I will have mercy upon her that had not obtained mercy; and I will say to them which were not my people, Thou art my people; and they shall say, Thou art my God.

Talking about the elect of gentiles and jews, the gentiles election as Gods people was a mystery not yet understood..

I agree with every thing that you wrote, but would like to add one little detail. You said that crying out to God, when we are in trouble causes God to intervene, which is correct.

But we can also cry out to God when we are not in trouble. We can just cry out to Him when we want to just be close to Him, God will also come to us. A Father will never let His children cry for Him and He not do something. That is the kind of Father that He is.

Thats right as believers we can cry out to him in any situation!!

I was sharing about Non-believers, these men were not believers, it was their first time they'd, ever had to ask If, he ( GOD ) is real, could he help them!!! their cry was heard and GOD, Moved!
