Does the Bible say homosexuality is a sin? (blood, New Testament, pagan)

religion. all sensuality is condemned not just gay. its condemns all hedonism. in its original state christianity was basically monks with a vow of poverty and chastity. but modern christianity bears zero resemblance to that practiced by jesus and his followers.
christianity is a jewish sect and a mideastern religion. bears little resemblance to what occurs in the mega churches in america.
christianity in its original state bore far more resemblance to buddism than southern baptist.
with the exception of some true artists warriors and athletes i have known, gays are for the most part hedonist americans.

Gays are hedonists, but statistically have less partners than straights and are more likely to be celibate?

And FYI, for someone claiming Christianity is more like Buddhism or Judaism, Buddhism does not condemn gays, and the overwhelming majority of Jews do not either (with the exception of Haredi Jews, but even they support gays more than your typical Christian).

Anti-gay sentiment is overwhelmingly a Christian and Islamic extremist viewpoint.

Of course they talk about all sin, including greed, lust, gossip etc. In Romans 1, Paul condemns homosexuality practised by both male and female couples, but he goes on to list many other sins. No one sin is singled out:

- evil
- greed
- depravity
- envy
- murder
- strife
- deceit
- malice
- gossip
- slander
- God hating
- arrogance
- boastfulness
- creating new ways of doing evil
- disobeying parents
- infidelity
- unlovingness
- unmercifulness
- approving sin of others
- gay sex

Hey, I went from prudishly and archaically thinking they were all hedonistic damned people doing gross things to realizing they are just sexual humans like the rest of us who were likely born that way in most cases. I mean I didn't even know a hermaphrodite existed 10 years ago and I've heard conservatives Christians say that have a "choice" of one or the other because they have both equipment, but that just sounds overly concerned with physicality as opposed to mentality to me.... If they are "born with it" (even if theirs is more genetic than developmental) it should be commonsense that its possible for a gay person to be born with their mentality.

My conservative side still haunts my thinking in some ways making me still question how biblical it is, but I do think your arguments are too significant and troubling to be ignored. People like you are indeed making a difference and I hope you continue to post your side.

gays are hedonists mostly yes but not all. yes, we agree on that somewhat.
islam however is not overwhelmingly pro gay with a few dissenting extremists. sorry. in your dreams.
i am no stranger to mideast .
as to buddism something i know a bit about again-- the point u did not seem to catch, aesthetics aka monks are not into sex. a gay that occasionally drops into a buddist meditation session, comes late, leaves early, and then goes back to the bar and tells everybody he is a buddist and they love gays, oh yes, he says that buddism is pro gay. not so. again we hear and see what we want to.
the modern christians and the gays are both for the most part hedonists but the gays deny their christian roots whereas the modern christians just grossly fail to live up to them.
