Yet, the truth is ........."Jesus wants us to be loving and forgiving." That part is true !! Even though they think we are not being loving or forgiving.
We are never to compromise with another's sin and when we are led by the Holy Spirit, He will give us the remembrance of that which we are to speak what God's word says about sin, not our opinion and the sinner will hate it, spew upon us their condemnation that the word of God brings upon those who love their darkness, sin, unbelief.....
Be loving regardless of one's sin.... but speak God's truth !! No matter what....they will hate us, because they hated Him first !!
They'll call us all sorts of names, that we are unloving, blah, blah, blah.
Yet, we are to obey our Lord God no matter what.....
........My thoughts go to Stephen who was speaking the word of God to the people and they stoned him to death, to shut him up, but Christ was right there for Stephen ..... just as He will be for us !!! Amen
um,apparently he hasn't read the bible with any real understanding.God isn't out to get homosexuals...He condemns *any sex outside of marriage,and says that marriage is bet. a man n woman only.
I am sorry,I don't write the bible,I can only quote what God says,without changing it.Elton is changing it,no doubt:

9 Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals, 10 nor thieves, nor the covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers, will inherit the kingdom of God. 11 Such were some of you; but you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and in the Spirit of our God.
